Shipping policy

Our responsibility for an order ends once the package is accepted by the carrier. After the package is scanned in by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping service, the carrier assumes full responsibility for delivery. If a package is lost, delayed, misdelivered, or marked delivered but not received, a claim must be filed directly with the carrier. We will assist with documentation if needed, but we are not liable for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
